Flawed/Broken Items

If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please send an email to customersupport@southerngritboutique.com right away. You must include a photo of the flaw or break, and your order number. If you do not contact us within 5 days after receiving the item we can only assume the damage is from wear.

Exchanges

Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return. We strongly recommend that you place a new order for the item you are wanting in order to make sure you get it. We do not exchange sizes. We will issue you store credit. An email will be sent with a code to use on our website when we receive the exchange items. 

Returns

We do not do returns.  We can offer store credit. This is only acceptable within the first 14 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping. As soon as we receive the item, you will be issued store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition. ALL JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE HANDLED ON EVERY WEDNESDAY. SO PLEASE GIVE US UNTIL THEN TO HANDLE YOUR ISSUE. 

 

Canceling Orders 

If you wish to cancel an order, as long as it has not shipped, you have 8 hours to email us to cancel. There is a 20% restocking fee to cancel. If the items has shipped, you will need to return the item and you will be issued store credit.
